When we are recruiting we look for candidates with the right attitude and passion, these are key elements. Our recruitment/selection is very much a two way process. We use behavioural type interviews, it is important to see how we work and spend time within department and to get a feel for the culture.
Our key advice: Show you are motivated (part time work, babysitting/paper round or the like), be passionate about you, when you are looking for apprenticeships focus on the ones which you feel are relevant for what you want to do and do your research – have 2/3 key facts about the Company you are talking to.
