Vickie's 'Give to Ghana' campaign
Vickie, who lives in West Herts, has set up her own charity campaign to help children in Africa.
Last year Vickie went to Ghana where she met some children who were constantly desperate for equipment such as pens, pencils and calculators. Once back in the UK, she had the idea to set up a campaign to try to help them.
Vickie is campaigning to persuade local and national businesses to donate stationery they either haven’t used in the last month, or they don’t want or need anymore. She is hoping to send out regular amounts of equipment every month and aims to go back in January to distribute everything.
