The Pro-Action organisation
Pro-Action is an independent charity that works closely with Youth Connexions Hertfordshire to bring direct benefit to voluntary youth organisations.
Pro-Action has more than 100 member organisations ranging from uniformed groups to small rural youth clubs inherited from Herts Council for Voluntary Youth Services and Herts Association of Young People.
The organisation aims to provide a single voice for the Voluntary Youth sector - giving power and strength to the diversity of its members and ensuring that it offers representation not just across Hertfordshire but across the Eastern Region.
Pro-Action has established a network of four District Co-ordinators who work throughout Hertfordshire, supporting voluntary and statutory organisations. They offer a range of services such as:

Policy Development (child protection/equal opportunities/health & safety/ complaints procedures)

Access to all Pro-Action activities such as Midnight Skating, Super Teams, Highland Games. County, Regional and National competitions of Football, Pool, Boxing
