In Youth Connexions One Stop Shops young people can get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, advice on drugs, finance, health including sexual health, housing and much more.

The Stevenage One Stop Shop is open: Monday - Friday: 1pm - 6pm.
Youth Connexions personal advisers (PAs) and employment & training advisers (ETAs) are present: Monday - Friday: 1:30 - 4:30pm.
You can either call to make an appointment or just drop in within these hours.
Information, advice and guidance
At the Stevenage One Stop Shop you can sit down and discuss a wide range of topics confidentially and in privacy. You can get information, advice and guidance on the following subjects:
- Benefits and finance
- Brief Therapy - for when your life is ‘stuck’ (by appointment)
- Drugs and alcohol
- Housing and homelessness
- Jobs and careers
- Self esteem
- Sexual health, including
- C-Card - free condom scheme
- Pregnancy testing
- Chlamydia testing
- Youth work and positive activities
There are also IT facilities available for you to use for research, developing CVs and searching for jobs and training.
