In Youth Connexions One Stop Shops young people can get information, advice, guidance and support on education, work, training and volunteering, advice on drugs, finance, health including sexual health, housing and much more.

Mondays: 1:00 - 4:30pm
Tuesdays: 1:00 - 4:30pm
Wednesdays: 10:30 - 4:30pm
Thursdays: 10:30 - 6:00pm
Fridays: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Youth Connexions personal advisers are on duty:
1:30 - 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 1:30pm - 4pm on Friday.
Housing advice worker available on Wednesdays, 1:30-4pm.
Information, advice and guidance
At the Hatfield One Stop Shop you can sit down and discuss a wide range of topics confidentially and in privacy. You can get information, advice and guidance on the following subjects:
- Brief Therapy - for when your life is ‘stuck’ (by appointment)
- Drug Awareness Certificate Training
- Health, including support to stop smoking
- Health and Safety Certificate Training
- Housing and homelessness
- Jobs and careers
- Sexual health, including pregnancy testing, 'C-Card' free condom distribution scheme and chlamydia testing
- Youth work and positive activities
